Review

The Fire HD 8 Plus is nice, but it is not as nice as other tablets on the market. Where it wins is the price: it is a good, low-stress option for road trips, casual media, and kids. I would not buy it expecting premium performance, but I do like it as a durable, budget-friendly tablet you do not worry about tossing in a bag. If the price is right, it earns its keep.
